BARIATRIC BOARD
The Spencer Bariatric Board is a kit designed to extend the board of Spencer Cinco Mas, Cross and Crossover self-loading stretchers to enable them to transport bariatric patients. The surface area of the board is increased through the installation of two devices: S-WINGS, a support system attached to the stretchers and fixed by means of pins (easy to apply or remove); QMX 778, a thermo-welded PVC mattress specially made for bariatric patients. The S-WINGS bariatric supports include the attachment kit for mounting on a stretcher. The QMX 778 mattress can be sold separately from the S-WINGS.

The Spencer bariatric board consists of two products that can also be sold separately:
- S-WINGS [ST70043A]: Stretcher extension table, including PVC mattresses and 3 belts with retractor
- QMX 778 [ST70027A]: Heat-sealed black PVC bariatric mattress
- S-WINGS KIT [ST70044A]: S-Wings fixing support kit on stretcher
The S-Wings Kit ST70044 is always included with the S-Wings product, but can also be sold as a stand-alone kit should you prefer to have the flexibility to use a single set of S-WINGS on multiple self-loading stretchers.

The Spencer bariatric extension plan is a kit of accessories to be installed on Cross, Crossover and Cinco Mas type self loading stretchers to facilitate the transport of bariatric patients. The S-WINGS extension table is easily installed on the sides of the stretcher frame, thanks to the pin fixing system included in the product. We always recommend to combine the purchase of the S-WINGS bariatric flaps with the QMX 778 mattress, which is specially constructed for the transport of bariatric patients.
The QMX 778 mattress, in particular, has the following features:

Crossover
Crossover is one of the most versatile and advanced stretcher on the market, as it can carry bariatric patients (250 kg loading capacity), reach an intermediate level, make all 4 wheels swivelling and drop or lift its front trolley to operate in confined spaces. Fitted with the Twist system, Crossover is easy to use, stable, 10G tested and convenient in cramped spaces, thanks to its shortening feature.
Cinco Mas
Cinco Mas is a compact, lightweight self-loading stretcher with 5 adjustable heights, multiple access points and four pivoting wheels of large diameter fitted with a smart locking system. It is built to improve maneuverability and carry heavier patients up to 250 kg. Cinco Mas is 10G tested when used with the Sensor Lock fastening system.
