Spencer head and ankle immobilizers are designed to help immobilize patients quickly and safely to the spine board. All the models we make are lightweight, waterproof, easy to clean and are built with an excellent elastic memory to better protect the casualty from accidental bumps. The head strap adapts to a patient's forehead, whereas hook and loop padding at the base guarantee quick immobilization.
