PAX Mummy-Mat

The PAX Mummy-Mat is a vacuum mattress characterised by an oversized 'V' shape that, once decompressed, moulds around the patient's body beyond the sides, ensuring optimal immobilisation. Made of durable and lightweight material, it is equipped with 5 colour-coded restraining straps. It offers comfort, convenience and ease of cleaning thanks to its recessed loops and strap loops, fully enclosed carrying handles and multi-chamber mattress system with 2-layer construction. It adapts to a wide range of patient sizes and weight classes. Available in a version with handles or with a handlebar for even more convenient and safe transportation.

The PAX Ergo-Mummy don’t use a Velcro system for belt fixation system and use the PAX Buckles instead – this is easier to clean. Especially when opening, this prevents the unintentional movement of the patient‘s extremities.
