BS-Lift bridle systems
This range of high quality and resistant nylon harnesses, once integrated with a Spencer rescue stretcher, they guarantees the balance of the stretcher in the lifting, dragging or lowering phases.
Flotation system
Spencer STX make basket stretchers suitable for water rescue and help to secure patients in an upright position. This product comes in one or two piece design and is made of high density polyethylene, SPEN-TEX coated or sturdy vinyl coated nylon. The straps used for fixing to the basket are made of antidecomposition polypropylene.
SPEED BASKET
Speed Basket is a support system designed to facilitate ground transportation of basket stretchers. Robust and lightweight at the same time, it is equipped with large diameter wheels (the front swivel wheels) and a handlebar used for pulling that provide great manoeuvrability. It is easily divided by removing the locking pins, for better storage. Two integrated straps with metal buckles allow the stretcher to be attached to the device quickly and easily.Compatible with
Rock Pin Max
Rock Pin Max is a spinal board and is made of a single piece of high density polyethylene injected with expanded polyurethane. Thanks to its materials, this device ensure high resistance, waterproofness and floatation, making it ideal for water rescue. The Rock Pin Max version has an increased load capacity of up to 350 kg.

Rescue Equipment
- Spencer Dakota basket stretchers are intended for the recovery and transport of patients.
- They can be used for rescue operations in those cases where it is necessary to protect patients from side impacts, where it is not possible to intervene with normal transport equipment.
- The devices can be hoisted with lifting systems applied to fixed anchors, in all cases keeping the stretcher in a horizontal position with respect to the ground, and only if equipped with a Spencer harnessing system.
- The single shell body makes it extremely safe and easy to handle
- Aluminum frame with telescopic handles increases safety during lifting operations and make them easier
- Equipped with eyelets for the attachment of snap hooks
- Perimetral rope to fix belts or accessories
- Wheels of large diameter on the front side of the stretcher to allow short ground displacements
