After Protect Medical‘s acquisition of Spencer in April 2020, Antonio Ciardella leveraged his extensive experience to enhance the group’s capabilities, assuming the role of Managing Director for both Spencer and Soehngen. Under his leadership, the companies have not only thrived but also reinforced their market presence.

Mr. Ciardella’s strategic prowess was not only demonstrated through the flourishing of Spencer and Soehngen but also through the pivotal acquisitions of Promeba in 2022 and PAX-Bags in 2023, which expanded our global reach and enriched our product suite. As a consequence of these significant accomplishments, Antonio Ciardella was named CEO of Protect Medical in March 2024, accompanied by Andreas Harms, who joined Protect Medical following the acquisition of PAX-Bags in the preceding year.
