NEW ERP TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND STREAMLINE WORKFLOWS
starting from 3 July 2023 we are operating with a new ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, an advanced information system that will help us to improve the efficiency of our operations by automating processes, streamlining workflows and increasing productivity.
NEW COMPANY INFORMATION SYSTEM
Since Spencer became part of Protect Medical GmbH, we have embarked on a path of renewal that has gradually affected all our corporate operations.
We have added to our team a pool of specialists in the field of business development, communication and finance; we launched a new website and made available new equipment specifically designed for the EMS, rescue and mortuary sectors.

Our goal in the last 3 years has been to streamline our operations and the way we interact with our stakeholders with more comprehensive strategies and more advanced tools.
One of the most important milestones we have reached so far is the launch of the new ERP, operational since July 3, 2023: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Thanks to the important contribution of EOS Solutions and the collaboration of our IT and regulatory teams, the new ERP will become the beating heart of all our activities for years to come. It will affect all our information sharing processes, data analysis, business reporting, invoicing and supply chain tasks.
WHY LAUNCHING A NEW ERP?
Our company’s growth has reached a point where it is critical to process information quickly and to be as agile as possible to meet market requirements and customer needs.
As we launch Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, our new ERP, we are laying the groundwork to streamline our operations, optimize efficiency and improve data accuracy. This significant step towards digitalization will soon be followed by the implementation of advanced CRM systems, that will in turn deliver faster response times and a better customer experience.
READY TO FACE FUTURE CHALLENGES
We usually experience moments of change like this with enthusiasm and the firm belief that they will create new value for all of us. This approach helps us to manage any temporary slowdowns during the transition and implementation period.
We are therefore convinced that from the coming weeks onwards, patience from our partners will not be lacking.
At the same time, we at Spencer will guarantee the utmost support to explain the improvements this change brings about and will work hard to solve any temporary issue that may arise in the very short term, as we wait for the infrastructure to become fully operational.
